We get it – sizing can be tricky, but we're always happy to help!Important garment measurements are listed on each product page for your convenience. You can measure your body to compare, or measure existing garments in your wardrobe that fit you in a similar way. We always list the model measurements, and the size they are wearing as a reference for you.If you're still not sure, just email us with your measurements and style in question, we will gladly assist you with any fit or sizing questions.Want to try things on in person? Like anything, the better care you take of your your clothing, the longer it'll last. We recommend the following care to get the most out of your Modern Sunday garments:- hand wash or gentle machine wash in cold water- use mind detergent- hang or lay flat to dry- do not bleach or tumble dry- medium iron or steam to remove unwanted wrinklesYou can find fabric specific washing instructions on the care label sewn into the side seam of each garment, or on the product page of the item.Have a stain you just can't get out? We accept exchanges or store credits for all in-stock merchandise, provided you reach out to us within 7 days of your order being delivered. All made to order garments, pieces with customizations, or discounted styles are final sale. These pieces cannot be exchanged or returned, and we are unable to offer any exceptions. Did we make a mistake on your order? Sorry about that! Just get in touch with us as soon as possible and we'll make it right. We do not offer refunds.

Your order confirmation and receipt should be emailed to you immediately after purchase. Depending on whether your garments are in stock, or made to order, there are varying lead times. In stock garments will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. The timeline for made to order garments varies depending on the time of year and our production capacity. The current timeline will be clearly listed on the product page above the "Made to Order" purchase button.You will not receive a shipment confirmation until all pieces in your order are ready to go. Once your order has been shipped, it can occasionally take 1-2 business days for your tracking number to become active in the system. If you have placed an order and have not received any order confirmation after 2 days, please check your junk or spam folders. If you still can't find it, please email us and we will get that sorted for you as soon as possible!

If you’ve made a mistake on your shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email, and we will do our best to fix that for you! Please note that we cannot take any responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses and are unable to reimburse you for the order value or shipping costs.

Of course it is! We believe it's important to consider the environment at every step of the process, not just with our garments. We are very proud to say that all orders are sent in FSC certified kraft envelopes, made from 100% recycled material, and at least 60% PCC. Our thank you cards and brand care tags are also printed on FSC certified recycled paper. Our boxes are 100% recyclable, and our packaging is completely plastic-free! Yes we do!We currently ship to many destinations in North America, Europe, the UK, and Australia. Unfortunately due to the drastically increased tarriffs, we have paused shipping to all states in the US.Please see our Shipping page for more information. If your country is not listed on the checkout page, just send us a message and we can work out a custom shipping option for you based on your location. Please note that Modern Sunday is not responsible for any duties or customs incurred from international shipments. Where applicable, Canadian sales tax on domestic orders will be added to your order total on the checkout page.

For all orders within Canada, the applicable sales tax will be added to the checkout page. Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, and tariffs applicable to the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all Import Fees. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot predict what they may be.
